You ask, we answer!

With an ever growing number of people realising that bar soap is a credible alternative to all the plastic soap, there are many questions to answer. Whether you are thinking of switching to bar soap, strugggling with shampoo bars or have concerns over the ingredients being used, we have an answer for you.

If you would like a specific question answered, please email hello@northdevonsoap.co.uk or complete the form below.

What’s the minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order. You can order as much or as little as you wish.

If you are based in the UK (including Isle of Man, Guersey and Jersey) and order more than £50, postage is free. For orders below £50, a small charge of £3.95 is made for postage and packaging on every order.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries in the world. Our postal charges are for UK postal addresses only. Please contact by email to place an order with an overseas delivery address.

Do you use palm oil?

No we do not. Our resident blogger, Stan The Environmental Seagull has recently written a blog all about palm oil. You can read it by clicking here.

How long does your soap last?

Our soap bars will generally last for two to six weeks but this does depend on how many people are using the soap and how often they are used. The key to natural soaps is to make sure they do not sit in water when they’re not being used - this will extend the life of the soap significantly.

I would like to make an order for someone else, how do I do this?

Please make sure you change the delivery address to the address that you would like your order to be delivered to.

Do you use any sulfates or parabens?

All our soaps are sulfate and paraben free.

If you would like to become a stockist, host a soap making course or have a question for us; please email, call or complete this form.
